Your First 120 Days

Your first 120 days — the Zinzino starter checklist

Zinzino · starter playbook

Your first 120 days

What to do, in what order, with a box to tick for each one. Plus what a pay point is actually worth in dollars.

Week one · before anything else

Set yourself up

You cannot sell a before-and-after you have not had yourself. Everything here happens before you talk to a single person.

  • Sign up and log into your back office. Bookmark it on your phone.
  • Choose your kit. Basic, Advanced or Ultimate — ask your upline which fits your budget, and know that Basic and Advanced can be upgraded within six months.
  • Set up your monthly Auto Order. This is what keeps you active.
  • Take your own BalanceTest. Do it the first week — the retest comes 120 days later and you want that story finished as early as possible.
  • Photograph your test result. You will want the before picture in four months.
  • Write down 30 names. Not 10. Family, work, church, gym, school, neighbours.
  • Ask your upline to add you to the team chat and show you the back office reports.
  • Open a separate notes file for expenses. Kit, order, shipping, samples, gas. Start today.

Understand this before you talk to anyone

You make money when someone buys a product. Not when someone signs up, not when someone joins your team. Products moving to real customers is the entire engine. Everything else is bookkeeping.

Days 1–30 · the most important month

Get four customers

GOAL: Q-Team  ·  4 customer points  ·  20 credits

Four is the magic number. It makes your own monthly order free, it hits your first rank, and it is the same four you will need every month from month five onward. One job, three payoffs.

  • Work your list of 30. Aim for 15 real conversations, not 15 messages.
  • Lead with the test, not the business. “I’m doing a blood test that shows your omega balance — want to do it with me?”
  • Get four people onto Premier Kit subscriptions.
  • Check the combined credit value of those four is at least four times your own order, or your order will not go free.
  • Confirm in your back office that you show as Q-Team.
  • Log every expense you had this month.

What to say when they ask what it costs them

Tell them about Zinzino4Free. If they get four people on it, theirs is free too. That is a real, checkable offer that requires no business, no team and no recruiting — and it is the single easiest true thing you can say.

Plan maximum for completing this step is 100 pay points, roughly $115. That is a ceiling in the plan, not a prediction of what you will earn.

Days 31–60 · build both sides

Find two builders

GOAL: 2 partners  ·  one left, one right

Now you look for the people who want to do what you are doing. You need two, and they must go on opposite sides of your team. This is not a suggestion — the plan will not pay the step bonus unless at least one enrollment point sits on each side.

  • Go back through your 30 names for anyone who asked business-type questions.
  • Talk to your four customers first. Happy customers make the best partners.
  • Sign two partners with kits. Collect 6 enrollment points total — Ultimate gives 3, Advanced gives 2, Basic gives 1.
  • Place one on your left and one on your right, deliberately. Check the placement before the weekly deadline.
  • Set the placement default in your back office account settings so nothing gets auto-placed badly while you sleep.
  • Keep your four customers ordering. A customer point expires 90 days after their last purchase.

The mistake almost everyone makes

Piling your best people onto whichever side is already winning. You get paid on balance, not on total. A giant left leg with an empty right leg pays you almost nothing.

Days 61–90 · teach, don’t recruit

Help your two do what you did

GOAL: 4 more partner kits from you or your two

This is the step where the business stops being a job and starts being a team. Your two partners each need to sign two of their own. You are not doing it for them — you are sitting beside them while they do it.

  • Get both partners onto a weekly call or coffee. Same day, same time, every week.
  • Walk each of them through steps 1 and 2 of this document. Hand them a copy.
  • Do the first two conversations with them, not for them. Then let them run.
  • Collect 12 enrollment points across the group, with at least 2 on each side.
  • Make sure both partners have their own four customers so their orders go free too.
  • Check your own customer count has not slipped.

This is the largest single Fast Start bonus in the plan — a maximum of 1,200 pay points, roughly $1,380. It is also the one that decides whether you have a team in a year or just a customer list.

Days 91–120 · finish the launch

Get to ten customers

GOAL: X-Team  ·  10 customer points  ·  50 credits

  • Add six more customers to reach ten.
  • Take your 120-day retest. This is your before-and-after.
  • Put your two results side by side. This becomes your single best conversation starter.
  • Confirm X-Team in your back office — it keeps your enrollment credit bonus running past the grace period.
  • Total up four months of expenses against four months of commission. Look at the real number.

Set your next target now

25 customers is the milestone that matters most in the whole early plan. It doubles your cash bonus from 10% to 20%, and it switches on RCB, which doubles the credits from every repeat order in your entire team. Aim to be there by month eight.

Month five onward · the part that pays you

The monthly commission checklist

For your first four months plus the month you started, you only need 10 credits a month to stay active. From the fifth calendar month the real rule kicks in, and this is where people quietly stop getting paid without noticing.

4 customer points active in 90 days 20 credits your orders plus your customers’ Before the deadline see next section You get paid Miss any one of these and team commission stops for that month. Cash bonus on your own customers keeps paying either way.
Fig. 1 — The monthly activation requirement from your fifth calendar month onward.

Print this and run it every month

  • Open your back office on the 20th. Not the 30th. The 20th.
  • Count your active customer points. Do you have four?
  • Check which customers are near their 90-day expiry and message them.
  • Confirm you have 20 credits between your own order and your customers’ orders.
  • Check your left and right volume. Are they anywhere near balanced?
  • If one side is far ahead, put your next person on the other side.
  • Confirm your own Auto Order has actually processed — expired cards are the number one reason people go inactive.
  • Everything done by the deadline in the next section.
  • Log this month’s expenses.

Timing · the American gotcha

Your deadline is not midnight

Zinzino is a Swedish company and every deadline in the plan is written in Central European Time. The monthly cutoff is 24:00 CET on the last day of the month. In the United States that is not midnight — it is the same afternoon.

Zinzino deadline: 24:00 CET, last day of the month 3:00 PM4:00 PM 5:00 PM6:00 PM PacificMountain · Utah CentralEastern Same day. Not the night. Do not cut it fine.
Fig. 2 — The monthly cutoff in US time zones. The weekly commission week also runs on CET, Thursday 00:00 to the following Wednesday 24:00.

Two extra warnings

Europe and the US change their clocks on different dates, so for a couple of weeks each spring and autumn the gap shifts by an hour. And the placement waiting room closes four hours before every deadline. Treat your real cutoff as noon on the second-to-last day and you will never get caught.

Money · pay points in dollars

What a pay point is worth

Zinzino calculates everything in pay points and aims for one pay point to equal one euro. Commissions are converted to your local currency using the European Central Bank rate, updated weekly.

As of early August 2026, one euro is worth about $1.15. Over the past three months the rate has moved between roughly $1.14 and $1.18, so treat every figure below as approximate.

Read this before you show the table to anyone

Every number above is a maximum published in the plan, not a prediction and not an average. Most people in direct sales earn little or nothing, and many spend more than they make. Showing these figures to someone as what they might earn is against both Zinzino’s rules and federal law. Use them to understand your own plan, not to recruit.

One more caveat from the plan itself: the company reserves the right to reduce the value of a pay point if commissions are overpaid in a period. One pay point is a target of one euro, not a promise.

The whole thing · on one card

If you only remember five things

  • Four customers first. It makes your order free, hits your first rank, and is the same requirement you will need every month forever.
  • Balance from day one. One partner left, one partner right. Fixing a lopsided team later is much harder than building it straight.
  • Twenty-five customers is the real prize. It doubles your cash bonus and doubles the credits from every repeat order in your team.
  • Your deadline is 4pm, not midnight. Mountain time. Do it on the 20th anyway.
  • Track every dollar you spend. At twelve months, expenses against commission is the only number that tells you the truth.

And one thing that is not on the checklist

Take no for an answer the first time. This industry’s reputation for wrecking friendships comes almost entirely from people who did not. Your list of 30 is not 30 targets — it is 30 people who will still be your friends in five years if you handle this well.

Two Riders - One Started A Revolution

The Town That Never Got the Word Two riders left Boston the same night. Only one of them started a revolution — and the reason has nothing to do with courage. You know the first half of this story. On the night of April 18, 1775, Paul Revere rode out from Boston to warn that British troops were marching on Lexington and Concord. Here is the part most of us never learned. Revere was not alone. A Boston tanner named William Dawes was sent out the very same night, on the very same errand, by the very same man — Dr. Joseph Warren. Two riders, one message, one night. Revere rode roughly thirteen miles. Dawes rode seventeen, on a slower horse. Both were brave. Both did what they were asked. Both got there. And along Revere's route, the countryside came alive. Along Dawes's route, it stayed asleep. I have been chewing on why for weeks, because I think it is one of the most useful things I have ever read about building anything with other people. First, let's fix...

ZinZino Commissions Made Simple

The Glass (Income Center) That Fills Up

The glass that fills up — how the weekly cap works Zinzino · one idea explained The glass that fills up Why your team commission stops growing at a certain point — and what you do about it. Start here Imagine a glass Every week, the sales your team makes get poured into a glass. The fuller the glass, the more money you get. But the glass has a size. Once it’s full, it’s full. You can keep pouring, and the extra just runs down the outside. That’s the whole idea. Everything else on this page is just the details — how big the glass is, how fast it fills, and what to do when it’s full. The proper name for the glass Zinzino calls it an income centre . When you buy a partner kit you get three of them — so really you get three glasses. Hold that thought for the end.
